Our Pie Dough 

If there is one thing we are most proud of it is our pie dough. This old German recipe and its method of preparation have been handed down for many years. It’s extremely moist and flakey and always bakes to a beautiful golden brown.

Fruit Pies

Our fruit pies come in several sizes including a 4” one serving pie that is become popular at colleges and universities and farm markets across the Northeast, an 8” pie with a beautiful lattice top and 10” pies that are perfect for large gatherings. We offer multiple fruit filling varieties including blueberry, cherry, apple, strawberry and strawberry rhubarb, peach, fruit of the forest and our newest flavor, grape.

Realizing that not all diets permit sugar, we have developed an impressive line of "no sugar added" fruit pies that come in the same flavors and sizes that our regular fruit pies do. Our no sugar pies are enjoyed everyday by the sugar conscious dieter, senior living facilities, nursing homes and healthcare facilities across the State of New York and surrounding areas.

Our fruit pies can be shipped frozen and unbaked to be baked off your facility or fully baked and frozen to be thawed just in time for your customers to enjoy.

Key Lime Pie

You don’t have to live in the Florida Keys to enjoy a creamy and tart treat any time of the year. Our key lime filling recipe is one of a kind as it sits in a light and moist graham cracker crust. Key lime pies come in both 10” and 12” sizes and in 4” inch tart all elegantly decorated with a small slice of lime sitting delicately on top of a charming dollop of whipped cream.

Pie Turnover

We have taken the fruit turnover made traditionally with puff pastry crust and have inserted our pie dough to make a satisfying grab and eat treat. We ship this product frozen to be baked off in quick bake ovens in convenience and grocery stores. Add egg wash before the turnover is baked and icing after to enhance the flavor of this one of a kind delight.
