History

Park Avenue Bakery was established in the 1990’s and was primarily a supplier to local farm market and public market stands throughout Western New York. It was at these markets that Park Avenue Bakery developed its many quality products enjoyed by customers who were in search of wholesome and unique goods that could not be found in the average grocery store or food outlet.

Since its beginnings, Park Avenue Bakery has expanded to serve many different types of customers always remembering its roots and that customers wherever they shop or eat whether it is the local grocery store, the hotel away from home, their favorite restaurant or at a large party, still desire unique and delicious baked goods where ever they go.

Our Facilities

Our bakery and manufacturing plant is located on 250 Cumberland Street in downtown Rochester, New York and our administrative offices are located on 2280 East Avenue, also in Rochester, New York.

Within the plant, we have designed our operations with our customers in mind procuring and arranging our equipment to ensure consistent quality while producing our products to meet your volume needs.

Our People

Our products are only as good as the people preparing and baking them. That’s why we have spent years searching for and developing the finest individuals to create our products. Our bakers have several years experience in the baking and food industries and have always remained consistent in their approach to baking quality baked goods.
